Craft project "Yari kanna"

On my last trip to Japan I got a very unique and traditional tool - the Yari Kanna. This tool came before the Japanese plane and is used to smoothen the surface after roughing with axes.

I made the handle out of Lebanese Cedar wood and the blade is fixed so it can come out for sharpening.

This tool os one of the most fun to use.
